The housemates come up with a plan to make up to Terri for missing out on her care package. They come up with "National Nana Day". Alice and Rory iron while Ben folds and Travis brings Terri breakfast in bed.
Big Brother plays some country music "Old MacDonald" into the house and Terri wonders if she has to do a jig.
Rory comes in and takes over from Travis. Terri wonders if he'll wash her back for her. He's lost one of his nipple piercings.
Rory, Ben and Travis bring in the ironing but because they didn't wear their Iron Man costumes, Terri wont be getting her care package. Rory comes up with an idea. If they do a skit that makes her laugh then they will get her care package. It's pretty funny and Terri is well entertained.
Terri cries as she opens her care package and sees all the photos.
Alice and Terri talk about Rory and the treadmill and his issues with it.
At the family dinner Terri is the favourite to win. Everyone is thankful that Travis wasn't cooking for 17 people. They're all becoming closer and closer but Terri is wishing there were more people to occupy Travis' time so he didn't bug her so much.
Travis, Ben and Rory are once again throwing the ball around in the back yard while Alice heads to the diary room to talk to Big Brother. She thanks him for the treadmill question because if she had gone prior to hearing the answers then she would have thought that they thought she was more in love with the treadmill than her.
Ben asks Travis if he's closer to him or Jesus.
