Action and drama on the magnificent Masai Mara in Kenya when presenters Jonathan Scott, Saba Douglas-Hamilton and Simon King follow the big cats through their daily travails.

There is a tense stand-off as Notch, the male lion ruler, faces a challenge from two younger male lions sniffing around the Marsh pride and then is lured away by a flirty female.

Saba is concerned that Bella the leopard seems to missing out on nourishment while her freeloading adult son, Chui, takes the spoils of the hunt. Meanwhile, Toto the tiny cheetah cub, looks perilously close to death as his mother runs off while killer baboons circle.
