Need something to lighten your spirits at the beginning of yet another working week?

Well tune into Good News Week with around 1 million other Australians on Mondays at 8.30pm on TEN and Paul McDermott and the gang will certainly give you something to smile about! It's light, It's funny and it certainly gives you something to think about!

This week's guest include sporting legend Liz Ellis and HG Nelson.

Paul McDermott is the host and judge and always has the final say (well at least he tries to!). Mikey Robins and Claire Hooper are the team captains and each week they are joined by two guests each. Each team tries to outwit and outsmart each other when it comes to misrepresenting the news of the week!

From games to singing, miming and other shenanigans, both teams are guaranteed to make you laugh out loud and also occasionally wonder what planet they're on!

Judge and runway expert Miss J surprises the girls with a unique runway exercise to teach them posture and balance - asking them to walk a wide tightrope!

Their balancing act is put to the test the next day when Miss J challenges then to strut their stuff across broken slabs of concrete in high heels while wearing masks that impair their vision. While some girls throw caution to the wind and strut the catwalk with confidence, some fall flat - literally. The lucky winner of the challenge and two friends then jet off to work a star-studded fashion show with some past seasons' Top Models.

The following day, Jay reveals that this week's photo shoot will take place over water on a tilted runway. But which difficult diva refuses to participate and will this spell the end of her Top Model dream?

In this exciting episode of Bondi Rescue. Deano and Whippet talk to a group of nippers who want to know how they can become lifeguards themselves.
Trainees Max and Blake use their initiative by doing some jetski drills on an overcast (and hence quiet) day. Unfortunately for Max, he lets water into the expensive radio and gets a ribbing from senior lifeguards.

In tonight's episode of Bondi Rescue, the Bondi Rescue Lifeguards welcome a new addition to their team. Kyle Pao is a Lifeguard from Hawaii, who has arrived for his one month long exchange to Bondi Beach.

In this dramatic episode of Bondi Rescue, the big waves generated by the cyclone in Queensland hit both Bondi and Tamarama beach causing havoc for the beachgoers and the lifeguards.
Also in this episode, the only female Lifeguard, Brooke, finally overcomes her fear of operating the jetski; and the Indian cricket team visit Bondi a day after they threaten to abandon their tour of Australia.

New Years Day. It's a day when all the worries and troubles of the past year fade away, and the year that lies ahead seems full of hope and optimism.
It's also a day when people decide to head to the beach in the hope that it might cure the massive hangover they've developed as a result of the previous night's partying.
In this episode, there are two dramatic rescues, with one being a suspected spinal injury that will test even the most trained and trusted lifeguards.

The birthday boy has no sooner sorted out his girlfriend when Donna rocks up to his party with Josh as her date, followed by throngs of her (uninvited) friends. As the night progresses, Josh keeps a jealous eye on Bridget, Ty keeps a jealous eye on Rachel and the party gets way out of hand with nary a parent in sight.

Encouraged by Susan and Rebecca, Miranda decides to attend Declan's surprise 18th costume party. Steve has neither forgotten nor forgiven. Struggling with his heartbreak, Steve finds solace in talking to Nicola. However, their mutual vulnerability ends in a fateful mistake and a confrontation with Miranda that could end the Parker marriage forever.

After succumbing to a heartfelt kiss, Carmella pulls back from Oliver. When Rebecca rattles him with the truth about Carmella's fragility, Oliver confronts her with his abiding feelings for her and she reciprocates.

Karl's dismayed that Susan allowed Angus back into Rachel's life and worse, into their home. Karl questions Susan's judgement call but, fed-up with the antagonism, Rachel leaves to stay with Angus. The rift widens between Karl and Susan as unresolved baggage about their previous ex's is dredged up.

Declan's jealousy is tested when Bridget's old flame Josh returns to her life. Josh's presence provides welcome relief for Bridget from her family dramas and she inadvertently sends him mixed signals. But when Declan gets the wrong idea, Bridget comes up with an (almost illegal) idea to prove her love for Declan and give him an 18th birthday present he'll never forget.

9.40pm sunday / AUGUST 3

Debra's discovery of a live victime of the Ice Truck Killer, Tony Tucci, gives La Guerta and her Homicide detectives their first chance to identify the notorious serial killer. Debra and Doakes, assigned to the case, sit with the mutilated victim, in the hope that he will be able to identify the killer. Deb suggests blindfolding Tucci to uncover suppressed memories from his experience. It works and Tucci remembers key evidence that will help crack the case wide open.

Rove is your man if you're after A-list guests, loads of laughter and entertainment. This week, who will grace the famous stage where so many celebrities have stood before?

It wouldn't be a Sunday night without Carrie Bickmore reading the news with a twist. She will be joined by Pete Helliar, Dave Hughes, Hamish & Andy and Ryan Shelton who will be up to their usual antics.
