Heroes is set for a BIG storyline tidy-up this week on SEVEN. The often-convoluted series looks like it may make the whole process worthwhile for its viewers… so long as they can remember the twists and turns that have brought them to where they are!

The mysterious man with the horn-rimmed glasses is played by Jack Coleman, and is looking to be a very important character in the big plot – HINT HINT. But, in the meantime, all we have to go by with this intriguing character is his 1950′s-esque horn-rimmed glasses. How much of an actor’s character comes from the costume?? A new reality program to be aired in the Netherlands features a 37 year old cancer patient who has decided to auction off her kidneys to a deserving winner – all in view of the all-seeing-eye of the reality tv cameras.

So, the word from the peanut gallery looking up in awe at the catwalk is that the current crop of fashion models are far too skinny. They make young teenagers think that beauty can be equated entirely with being thin. With the prevalence of the mass media in the psychology of young people, it is no wonder that with all the wafer-thin images of female beauty bombarding them they come to these conclusions for themselves.

However, shows like Australia’s Next Top Model are facing even more criticism – for openly glamourising the skinny models and making even more at-risk teenagers dream of walking the catwalks on a popular reality tv series.

Alice Bourdeu is one model on the reality series who has a big chance of winning the big time – even though she is so skinny that she would be considered unhealthy by many health professionals. The model has lately been striking back at the critics by saying that her look is natural and not anorexic, and the fashion industry is obviously supporting their favourite images.

But where do the real fans weigh in – the teenaged girls who are being targeted by the mass marketing of the media?

Sarah Monahan, who played Jennifer Kelly on the long-running series Hey Dad! has revealed that as early as 9 or 10 years old, she had a stalker, who would send flowers to her school.

Lane Garrison, who formerly starred on the hit drama series PRISON BREAK, has been convicted of manslaughter. The actor played Tweener on the prison break-out show, but in real life he has found himself pleading guilty to vehicular manslaughter as well as drunk driving. The incident occurred on December 2 and the crash he was involved in saw a teenaged girl killed.

Will he be able to break back out? Lets hope not so that the highways of California will be safe against one tinsel-town star who doesn’t know when to call a cab.

The buzz on the internet is that its the first un-censored scrotum shot to make the airwaves in any television-broadcasting country in the world. The shows producers claim that its nothing more than the face of the guest star peering through his legs back at the sneaky camera angle. You’ll have to be the judge of this one, folks! This intrepid reporter from blogworld scoped the scene on my own recording, but it seems to me that the evidence is a little too hairy to be conclusive.

Kristine Lefebrvre, who recently became Donald Trump’s newest Apprentice after the Los Angeles series of the famous reality TV series, has taken up a secondary apprenticeship – she’s taking all of her clothes off for Playboy magazine.

However, this leggy attorney from LA is not just a typical Playboy bunny, she’s actually got a story to tell – her Playboy poses came as a way of spreading the word about the dangers women face with cancer. Kristine was diagnosed with cervical cancer just a year and a half ago, and underwent a radical surgery to make sure that the cancer didn’t spread. At this stage, the new TV star is in the clear, but she feels the need to spread the word about the trials and tribulations that women with cancer are facing every day. Her spread in Playboy magazine is a way of bringing attention to the plight of women everywhere.

David Hasslehoff has come public with his long standing battle with alcoholism. After a video was leaked to the press showing him falling-down-drunk, the celebrity of such famous tv series as Baywatch and Night Rider has finally admitted to the press that he “has a problem.”

The video shows the washed-up celebrity stumbling and then falling over and rolling around in a drunken stupour. It was apparantly filmed by Hasslehoff’s daughter, who released it because she was ashamed of how far her father has fallen in recent months. The video was played on Extra!, Entertainment Tonight, and the Insider.

The question is, if this Baywatch lifeguard is drowning, where are all of the big breasted celebrities to save him??
