rafterslogoAfter all the kids (and cast) have left – Will the Rafters survive?

Rebecca Gibney says the curtain will come down on popular drama Packed To The Rafters, with Seven confirming that the next chapter for the family has yet to be developed.

The Seven Network series is currently in its sixth season and Gibney says it will also be its last, for now – but the finale has been left open-ended.

“The cast, writers and producers have always said that we wanted to keep Rafters as one of the most-watched shows on TV,” Gibney, who plays matriarch Julie Rafter, told TV WEEK. Continue reading »

Day two of the Barossa Boot Camp sees the contestants at the farm of food legend Maggie Beer.

Before today’s challenge gets underway, Maggie demonstrates how to skin a chicken in one piece and how to break it down.

The challenge is a tag team, where each team will cook four Maggie Beer recipes. Each contestant gets 12 minutes to cook before handing over to the next team member with a one minute briefing to the incoming contestant. Only one team can win and the two worst performing contestants in the losing team will find themselves in a double elimination at the end of the week. Continue reading »

Across the week the two teams will battle it out at the Barossa Boot Camp.

Tonight, the contastants find themselves at Yalumba Winery for a lamb challenge where they must break down a lamb carcass in relay style. The losing team must cook against each other and the

madiMadi and Jarrod have cracked their first room win on The Block Sky High.

The New South Wales couple scored a near-perfect 29-and-a-half out of 30 to pip West Australia’s Matt and Kim by half a point.

This week teams had to renovate and decorate a spare bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
