Stephanine Rice will compete (at approx 5.10am) in the 400m individual medley final while Thomas Fraser Holmes will compete in the male 400m individual medley, qualifying better than the US super fish Michael Phelps who just aqueesed in to qualify last in lane 8. This should air at 4.30am AEST.

During the LONDON 2012 Olympic Games, viewers will be able to see every one of the five preliminary Basketball matches featuring Australian flag bearer Lauren Jackson and the Opals, live and in full on Foxtel.

Jackson, who has been given the honour of carrying the Australian flag at the Opening Ceremony, is widely considered to be Australia’s greatest female basketballer of all time.  She has led the Opal’s to three consecutive Olympic silver medals, but on each occasion the US has been the stumbling block.
