Tonight marked the third time that the mother and daughter team of Anita and Cher fell below the yellow line since entering the house four weeks ago as part of The Heavyweights. Third time was not a charm: the duo found themselves packing their bags, albeit 38 kilos lighter.

In last week’s Go Home Week, Cher was sent packing to spend some time at home after orange team Robyn and Katie were given the power to send five contestants home. Meanwhile Anita was taken to hospital with stomach pains, therefore ruling them out of the weekly challenge. Continue reading »

Dan And Steph Win MKR 2013

It was a fierce kitchen battle to the end, but Queensland husband and wife team Dan and Steph Mulheron narrowly edged out siblings Jake and Elle Harrison to take out the 2013 My Kitchen Rules title.

Each team had the formidable task of producing a five course menu totalling 100 plates for family, friends and fellow teams in their respective restaurants at Kitchen HQ. Continue reading »

Tonight on Home & Away…. Brax & Ricky are talking about surfing and Brax asks her where she lives but Ricky doesn’t tell him. Dex, Sasha and Sid are in the diner and Sasha just can’t see Dex & Steph together, Dex tells Sasha that she needs to get past April.

Sasha thinks he still has feelings for April but Dex likes Steph. Dex tells Sasha to focus on her life. Steph wants to do more but Dex is not up to it but then changes his mind and kisses Steph as Sid walked by. Sasha tells Nat & Zac that Rosie is in QLD with her foster parents for the holidays. My Kitchen Rules’ hottest male team, Bondi boys Luke Hines and Scott Gooding, have extended their contract with Channel 7 and are tipped to have scored a presenting gig on Sydney Weekender once their MKR duties come to an end.

The personal trainers, who were eliminated on Tuesday night’s episode, were instantly inundated with fans pledging their support in their ongoing endeavours. But following his departure, Hines simply offered a cryptic “watch this space”. Continue reading »

Tonight on Home & Away… Tam is asking Brax & Heath if they have seen Casey and is complaining about Casey’s job and Brax doesn’t see a problem. Jett is having trouble with his suit (which is Xav’s old one) so John helps him and puts an Austin Rose in his pocket, Xav is dressed in his cop uniform. John tells the boys that they will get through this and lean on each other. Roo is still wondering around wanting to help more as Maddy & Spencer walk down in their school uniforms. Maddy asks to talk to Alf in private as Marilyn wonders if she has thought anymore of what they talked about. Casey tells Tam he isn’t going to the funeral, Tam is not happy and reminds Casey of how much Gina meant to him. Casey is still not going though. Continue reading »

We have Donna wanting to hire her “professional” man again, while he is at her place he meets Emma and later sees her outside her doomed flower shop. Later phone numbers are swapped and Logan/Craig sets up a date with the unlucky in love Emma for a coffee and then the same day for a booty call with Donna! Yes script writers – very normal. Tonight on Home & Away… Casey is quite as him & Brax are heading for a surf, Brax guesses he is thinking about Gina and tells him she’d be proud as he is different from when she first met him. Ricky arrives and Brax is annoyed as he doesn’t like waiting around till she shows up.

At the Palmers John is lying on the couch as Xav walks in (nice to see him again but wish is was for a happy occasion). John asks Xav about Brendan who is too upset to come (glad they remembered him).
