KAL PEN (Dr Kutner) from TEN’s House guest stars in this episode!

Det. Fin’s son Ken Randall, who is the resident advisor at the local college, discovers that one of the students has been raped. Ming Hao, the college student, who has been raped agrees, on the advice and support of Ken, to speak to Det. Fin.

Det. Fin manages to extract some information from Ming, before she panics and leaves.

Luckily, the two witnesses who called the police are able to give the Detectives a good description of the suspect.

The detectives decide to go to Ming’s house in order to gather more evidence against her assailant but her parents object to her talking to the police.

Meanwhile, socialite Kara Bawson is raped in the art gallery where she works, in an attack that is similar to Ming’s. Det. Chester Lake from Brooklyn SVU wants to work with Fin as he is convinced they are looking for the same rapist. Lake currently has three open homicides in Brooklyn, in which all women were choked and raped.

Lake and Fin travel to see Kara, but her high-powered father is taking her away on a trip. He says they should be looking at Oliver Mitsakos – Kara’s former fiancé – who likes young Asian women. But while Oliver’s in custody there’s another attack.

Finally, a connection between the three rape victims and murders becomes apparent. All had ties to Dr. Rankesh Chanoor – either through his private practice or the free clinic he founded in Brooklyn. The detectives arrest him and his daughter acts as his attorney.

A search of the doctor’s office finds a scrapbook about the rapes, but the handwriting in the scrapbook isn’t the doctor’s – it’s his son Henry’s (guest star Kal Penn) – who works as a janitor at the clinic.

Being the black sheep of the family has always made Henry do some unusual things to attract attention. Has his latest attention seeking act led to rape and murder?
