Tonight on Bondi Rescue, the Lifeguards ponder one of life's most difficult dilemmas - 'Speedos

or Boardies'?
Also on the show, the Lifeguards go into secret and not-so-secret training for their own lifeguard
iron man challenge which consists of a run from Bondi to Bronte; swim from Bronte to Tamarama;
and a paddle from Tamarama back to Bondi.
An early morning walker calls the police reporting an apparently lifeless surfer at the southern
point of Bondi. A few hours later, there's a report of a body floating off the point. For 16 year old
rookie Troy, this could be a day he'll never forget and he swims out to where the body was sighted.
Also a couple push their relationship to the limit, when the female relies too heavily on her boyfriend-
literally. With the couple struggling in the surf, desperate to get air, the female clambers
on to her boyfriend pushing him under. Will the couple survive and more importantly, will they
stay together after?
