When a man plunges to his death from a
rooftop, Don and his team enter the world
of an alternate reality game known as
'primacy'.
When Charlie and Amita arrive at the
crime scene, Amita provides some great
insight into the primacy phenomenon as
she reveals she used to play the game
some years ago.
Amita quickly notices some trinkets at the
crime scene that have been left behind by
various primacy teams who have already been to the rooftop to collect their clues in the hunt for one million dollars.
After obtaining a search warrant for the primacy website, Megan is horrified to discover a video of the man falling to
his death. Then, Charlie discovers that any team leading the challenge for more than 36 hours mysteriously disappears
and never returns to the game, which means the killer is inside the alliance.
Amita's gaming skills are then put to the test as she attempts to lure the suspect out into the real world.
Meanwhile, Charlie is on the publicity trail for his new book, and Larry returns to work.
Special guest star DJ Qualls stars as Anthony Braxton, an obsessive online gamer.
While it seems that Qualls is always typecast as a nerd, the 6ft 1 Nashville native is actually a former Calvin Klein
and Prada model. He made his acting debut in the 2000 film “Road Trip” and has since gone on to appear in 11 films
including “Hustle and Flow”. He has three movies scheduled for release in 2008, and continues to shoot guest star
appearances for various TV programs.
