The housemates are gathered in the eviction room for the very first eviction of 2008.

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O talk about the media and how they're complaining about how Big Brother has exploited Corey. Kyle says that actually, they exploited him and now BB is just showing Australia the real Corey.

They talk with the other housemates before the eviction. Corey and Bianca have a love hate, well mainly hate, relationship. Nobbi says he has forgiven Terri but has not forgotten.

The votes have been counted and it's time for Big Brother to announce the results. The bottom three this week are:

David, Rebecca & Saxon

Despite wanting to go home, Rebecca doesn't actually look as though she's happy about being in the bottom three.

Travis has to use his power to save one of the housemates who are in the bottom three as head of the house. He chooses to save Rebecca. The person with the next lowest number of votes is Rory. There is a lot of unbelief at the result.

As Corey, Terri and Nathan are ineligible to vote, they are sent back to the lounge.

The housemates have spoken. David, Rory and Saxon head to the revolver.

The first saved housemate is Rory despite Big Brother announcing him as David. The second saved housemate is David. This means Saxon has been evicted.

So it was pretty close.

Kyle and Kackie O let us know that behind the cloud door is an aeroplane. Some lucky housemates will get to sit on the plane for hours and be transported somewhere. Perhaps it will be heaven. Perhaps it will be hell. This week it will be a heavenly trip to a resort.
