They might have two very different day jobs, but how will a model and a high performance driver trainer fare when they go up against the Gladiators tonight?

Victorian Lincoln is at home on race tracks - but does this speedster have the right tempo for the fast pace of the Gauntlet.

In addition to his good looks, Sydneysider Nik is an international discus thrower so he should have some strength on his side for the Sumo Ball.

For the ladies it’s a battle between a South Australian fire fighter and a Queensland teacher – both train exceptionally hard, but will either of them win any points up against the Gladiators in The Wall, Hit and Run, Gauntlet and Sumo Ball.

Between them the might of the Gladiators towers 25.6 metres and weigh in at a formidable 1.19 tonnes. Working together as a powerful and commanding team, the Gladiators are more than strong opponents, they’re skilful combatants and the Challengers will have to outwit as well as outplay to gain valuable victories.

Will the Challengers gain any valuable points before squaring off against one another in the Eliminator?

The winners will proceed to the quarter finals, with the two overall winners of the series (one male and one female) sharing in $100,000 and two All Wheel Drive Subaru Foresters.

GLADIATORS is hosted by TOM WILLIAMS and ZOE NAYLOR with referee BILL HARRIGAN.
