He’s used to tense situations, but will air traffic controller Paul be able to match it with our GLADIATORS tonight in the final round before the quarter finals begin.

Paul, from Victoria, will need to keep his cool with intense games of Suspension Bridge, Powerball, Hang Tough and Atlasphere with valuable points up for grabs. And not only will he be part of the action, but Paul will be cheering on girlfriend Kristine who is also competing tonight!

Kristine, known as the Terminator to friends, is a big sport fan and is at home playing soccer, touch football, rugby sevens and competing in triathlons. She’s taking on Newcastle’s Jessica, a graphic design teacher and personal trainer who has no fear when it comes to surf boat rowing. But will that fearless attitude extend to facing Amazon on the Suspension Bridge?

Paul is hoping to collect points against the Gladiators to give him a lead against West Australian personal trainer Hayden, who will be out to prove to his four-year-old son Jesse that the Gladiators aren’t invincible. Good luck Hayden!

Between them the might of the Gladiators towers 25.6 metres and weigh in at a formidable 1.19 tonnes. Working together as a powerful and commanding team, the Gladiators are more than strong opponents, they’re skilful combatants and the Challengers will have to outwit as well as outplay to gain valuable victories.

Will the Challengers gain any valuable points before squaring off against one another in the Eliminator?

The winners will proceed to the quarter finals, with the two overall winners of the series (one male and one female) sharing in $100,000 and two All Wheel Drive Subaru Foresters.

GLADIATORS is hosted by TOM WILLIAMS and ZOE NAYLOR with referee BILL HARRIGAN.
