The two teams merge into one as the team competition ends and the individual race begins. Jimmy nudges out Elsie during the tableside flambé challenge and is rewarded with a helicopter ride with chef Ramsay. Jimmy chooses Michael to enjoy the spoils, igniting bitter feelings from second best Elsie. Elsie, Jessica and Ralph are left to clean the dining room. Before service, Jimmy chooses Elsie to serve tableside in the dining room to test her skills while Gordon gives the Sous Chefs the night off. Elsie shines in the dining room while the kitchen falls apart. Ralph chose ‘best of the worst’ nominees Jessica and Jimmy. Jimmy’s strategy backfires as he is eliminated from Hell’s Kitchen and Elsie stays.
