ER on GO! From Thursday Jan 7, 10.30pm. The Hills Moved to Sunday 11am.

January 5th, 2010

Australia’s leading channel for last minute programming changes throws us another one! This time, ER fans are the benefactors while Hills fans AGAIN have to put up with yet another re-scheduling of their favourite show.

From this Thursday - January 7 - ER will return to its old channel nine timeslot of 10.30pm. This means, however, that the Hills - originally slated for 10.30 Thursdays - has been moved. The Hills will now appear at 11am Sundays.

ER picks up where it left off, with the season 14 episode 9 called “Skye’s the Limit”. This particular episode - the 300th for the hit series - had a huge write up in TV Week for the week it was supposed to air on channel Nine. Channel Nine, in response to less than favourable ratings, replaced ER that week with repeats of CSI: NY which have aired in the Thursday night 10.30pm timeslot ever since (other than Christmas and New Years’ Eves).

GO! For Programming Changes Saturday

November 11th, 2009

In what seems to becoming more and more of a problem with GO, there are last minute programming changes for this Saturday November 14.

Bad news for Hills fans with the Hills once again being dropped off the GO schedule for at least the next three weeks. The Hills will be replaced by the Nanny at 6pm and Get Smart at 6.30. Get Smart is new to GO.

And from 8.30, South Park, Father of the Pride and one episode of Reno 911 are out, being replaced with 4 episodes of Seinfeld. Given that Seinfeld is also scheduled for 7pm - 8.30pm, that could result in 7 episodes of Seinfeld in a row on Saturday night! Even for fans, that’s a lot - bordering on marathon status like what subscription TV channels do.

Audrina Patridge 'reality show' is looking for... a cast!?

September 5th, 2009

Audrina Patridge wants you to know that unlike The Hills, her show is going to be real! About as real as Megan Fox' face!

The aspiring producer said, "It's going to be real. The Hills' is a reality show but it's going to be more … The tone will be a little different … We're still all in the process of, you know, jotting down what we want, what we don't want, who we want to work with, getting the cast — not the cast — getting all the crew together, like, you know, we need a story-runner. We need a director. We need everything."

Hopefully they remember to jot down 'One Season ONLY' so no one has to suffer through this burgeoning train wreck for more than a couple of months. The show will reportedly follow aspects of Partridge’s personal life and 'career'.
