Martha is advised to terminate the pregnancy to save her life. Elliot turns up in the Bay, looking for answers from Roman. Nicole is grounded.

Martha and Jack

Martha is devastated over the news that she has cancer. Jack assures her he will be there for her no matter what happens and takes a week off work.

At hospital, Martha is told that the cancer is growing very fast and it may have already spread to her lymph nodes. She will need a surgery to remove the lump as soon as possible and then chemotherapy and radiation. The doctor recommends Martha terminates the pregnancy to save her life.

Nicole

It's the school holidays but Roman grounds Nicole from leaving the house.

Roman and Elliot

A guy from the SAS called Elliot comes to the door looking for Roman and straight away Nicole starts flirting with him. Elliot seems surprised to know Roman has a teenage daughter.

Roman's unimpressed when he sees Nicole out with Elliot and snaps at her, sending her home. Elliot tells him he's Mark Gillon's little brother Elliot. He wants to know how his brother (who was in Roman's unit) really died.

Roman tells him what happened when they were ambushed and Mark didn't make it to the meeting point. Roman made the decision to pull out, even though he didn't like leaving Mark behind. He explains that he got out of the SAS after that. Elliot thanks him for talking about it.

Charlie and Angelo

As Jack is away on leave, Charlie has a new partner called Angelo who annoys her by flirting with her all day.

Charlie and Roman

Charlie tells Roman that Martha has got breast cancer, he is shocked. They postpone their date.
