Aden tells Belle the truth about the abuse. Leah almost tells Miles how she feels. Annie tells Jai how she feels. Bartlett gives money to Kirsty.

Kirsty and Bartlett

Kirsty has problems paying her bills and Bartlett listens to her complaints - including not being able to buy Ollie a bike for his birthday.

Later, Bartlett tells Kirsty that she's owed back pay from work! Kirsty is so happy and gives him a kiss on the cheek. When she checks her bank balance, there's an extra $800 in there!

Miles points out the money has come from Bartlett's personal account.

Aden and Larry

Aden gets a call from Larry in a phone booth somewhere but he doesn't say where. Larry says he's in a bad way and needs some money to get some medicine. He asks Aden to sell his grandfather's medals for cash but Aden asks him to turn himself in.

Angelo, Belle and Aden

Angelo introduces himself to Belle and asks if he can buy her dinner sometime. She says thanks but no thanks; but seems intrigued. He asks her again later and she agrees.

Aden comes in and interrupts, Belle says they're not together any more and it has nothing to do with him and asks him to go. He apologises to Belle later for the way he treated her and none of what he said was true.

Aden says he said those things because he was hiding from something which is too hard for him to even think about. He wants to explain it all to her - but somewhere more private.

In tears, Aden tells Belle the full truth about the sexual abuse from his grandfather, the hate he feels for his grandfather, the shame he feels and about his father's drinking. Belle takes his hand then hugs him, them both crying.

Jai and Annie

Annie continues to worry about Jai while Geoff worries about Annie hanging out with Jai.

Annie tells Jai she really likes it when they're together and takes his hand briefly - before Geoff comes in and interrupts. Annie's unimpressed and says Geoff should keep out of it.

Miles and Leah

Leah pours out her heart to Rachel that she feels jealous of Kirsty and Miles, since she still has feelings from Miles.

Leah plucks up the courage to talk to Miles and says lately she's been really awkward around him. Leah is about to tell Miles how she's feeling but Kirsty comes in and interrupts, killing the moment. Leah rushes out.
