Martha lives but her baby dies. Nicole and Roman wash up on a deserted island. Roman is led on a deadly game with Elliot.

Martha and Jack

While Martha flatlines, she dreams of having a baby girl in her arms. She is brought back to life by the doctors, much to Jack's relief.

However, she may have some brain damage and sadly her baby has died.

Roman and Elliot

When Roman wakes up, he is hanging off the edge of a cliff tied by his feet. Elliot stands at the top of the cliff saying he needs to prove he's worthly of living. Finally, Roman makes it to the top of the cliff.

Elliot lines him up with a crossbow and shoots Roman in the arm! In pain and bleeding, Roman ties up his arm and continues on, narrowly missing another arrow.

Roman can hear Nicole yelling help - but when he gets to her voice, it's a stereo playing.

Roman walks into a trip wire connected to explosives. Elliot appears and says one move and Roman is dead!

Nicole and Geoff

Geoff crawls onto a deserted beach, exhausted and in pain from the spear gun wound in his leg. He looks around and yells desperately to find Nicole.

Finally, he finds her and starts CPR, reviving her. Nicole's shocked at what Elliot did to them both and is scared for Roman.

The search

Meanwhile, Irene, Annie, Charlie and Ruby wonder where Roman, Nicole and Geoff are - someone saw Nicole and Geoff getting into a boat together. Charlie pushes for a police search before it's too late.

Alf

Someone has trashed the bait shop and taken a tank and a wetsuit. Alf suspects it's Elliot.
