Kirsty and Miles

Miles wants to know why Kirsty has money from Bartlett going into her account, thinking she's blackmailing him over the harrassment. Kirsty says it's not the right time to talk about it. Jai and then Martha interrupt their conversation.

Irene urges Kirsty to tell Miles the truth about Kane's appeal. Kirsty is afraid of hurting Miles.

However, Kirsty tells Miles about Kane's appeal and the letters. Miles can't get over that she's been lying to him for ages. The two of them argue over her behaviour. When Miles asks if she's still in love with him, Kirsty can't answer. Of course, Jai overhears their argument and worries.

So Miles goes and pours out his feelings to Leah.

The next morning, things are very tense between Miles and Kirsty.

Kirsty meets with Trish who threatens not to give her any housekeeping shifts if she doesn't keep doing hostessing for her and has a date lined up for her that night.

Irene tells Miles that Kane has a hold over Kirsty that's not easily broken.

Miles tells Bartlett he knows about the money he's given Kirsty and says he knows everything - so when Bartlett mentions the escourt job, Miles is shocked and grabs him asking him what's going on!

Belle and Aden

Belle and Aden talk to Rachel about their cancer theory. Rachel notices Joe's house is in the map near the development, maybe he was affected also but says it's likely to be a random thing.

When Rachel mentions it to Leah, she brings up Vinnie and Bryon's cancer and Alf's brain tumor - adding to the list of Martha, Colleen, Flynn and Joe.

Belle gets Angelo to track down the medical records for her research.

Belle finally tells Aden about the threatening phone call and she doesn't want him getting hurt because of her. Aden's flattered.

When Angelo comes over, she forces Aden to quickly hide.

Belle asks Annie to lie and say that she talked to Rachel with her instead of Aden - but Annie says she doesn't feel comfortable doing that.

Rachel privately tells Belle that 30% of local cancer patients in the last couple of years have been from the area around the development. She gives Belle a list of names for her to follow up on and wishes her luck.
