Boyd believes God's presence descends on him to help him guide and treat others – House thinks he is just a misguided and indulged teenager.
It goes without saying that House is skeptical of Boyd's supposed healing hands but he is quietly intrigued, especially when Boyd makes a couple of revelations about House and his team that run true. Perhaps God does really speak to Boyd….

A young married couple, Maria (special guest star Samantha Mathis) and Bob engage in some role-playing activities in the bedroom, which inadvertently causes Bob to start choking.
After a series of tests, House is determined that Bob has heavy metal toxicity, a diagnosis the rest of his team disputes, down to lack of proof.
After treatment for a number of potential causes, including lupus and food allergies, House becomes fixated with the notion that Bob’s wife Maria is poisoning him.
What intrigues him is how Samantha, who hasn’t left the hospital since her husband was admitted days ago, could possibly be smuggling some concoction on her that enables her to poison him slowly. His theory is wildly disputed by the rest of the team, but when they can’t come up with a reasonable alternative they are forced to accept that House may be right.

They commence treatment, but when Henry starts vomiting blood, House is forced to consider other options. Henry's brain, heart and testicles are affected but what links all three organs? House bases his theory on cheese...
