8.30PM WEDNESDAY / JUNE 18

A father, Henry Errington, experiences a seizure during a game of cards, of which he has no recollection. Upon investigation it appears he has an enlarged testicle but House is certain it’s not testicular cancer, despite all factors pointing towards it. Foreman believes Henry has an STD which the patient vehemently denies, however when House pushes him, he admits the truth. They commence treatment, but when Henry starts vomiting blood, House is forced to consider other options. Henry's brain, heart and testicles are affected but what links all three organs? House bases his theory on cheese...

The team comes to the conclusion that Henry needs a new heart and House demands they harvest it from a recently deceased patient. However he comes to blows, literally, with Ronald Neuberger, the deceased patient's husband, who refuses to give it up without a fight.

Meanwhile House meets a patient who claims he is obsessed with a cow, but the obessesion leads to something much more disturbing.
