Cynthia Yellin is found raped and murdered, but there’s little evidence because her housekeeper cleaned the apartment before finding the body. Cynthia’s neck was broken and it looks like a professional hit. Detective Benson finds a wedding dress in the closet and learns that she was to be married in a week. Her grief-stricken parents say the groom was Stephen Dashiell, a CIA agent in an anti-terrorist unit.
The detectives suspect an Indonesian terrorist group could be behind the killing, but Munch finds that Dashiell was reported missing in action in Afghanistan. His pre-paid cell phone was refilled from a convenience store in Staten Island by Malcolm Royce, who lives with his wife and three kids.

A couple returns from vacation to find a young girl they’ve never seen before dead in their apartment. Melanie Tamkin’s blood alcohol level was off the charts and it's founds she died from choking on her own vomit.
Dets. Benson and Stabler track down the couple’s dog walker, who had keys to the apartment. The dog walker had outsourced the job to prep school student Becca Rice, who then gave the keys to her classmate Reagan so she could throw the party. Melanie was an honours student from a different school and her parents thought she was at a school event in Hartford.
The four kids who threw the party - Reagan, Mark, Luke and Jordan are arrested for criminally negligent homicide, but get a slap on the wrist from Judge Donnelly due to their excellent academic records. Melanie's father is furious and pleads to Stabler to do something.

Charlotte in the house and the investigation
quickly turns to her.
The detectives quickly assume that the case is closed and she's held for murder when it's revealed that
she was on drugs that made her violent. That is, until evidence shows that a man was also in the house that night. Tommy picks Ryan out of a line-up as, “the monster that hit his father."

Detective Stabler is thrown through a glass window in the opening scene of this dramatic episode as the police struggle to control a crazed convict called Cupid.
The injury rules Stabler out of action for the next few days, so Detective Benson teams up with Detective Tutuola to investigate the contents of an envelope that has made its way to the unit via an unrelated courier.
Inside the envelope, the Detectives find photographs of a young boy, a letter and a memory card. The case immediately looks like the work of a child pornography offender.
When an apartment block is quickly confirmed as the crime scene, the building supervisor Seth Milstead attracts some unwanted attention from the detectives. When more substantial pornographic evidence comes to light, Seth is arrested for possession of child pornography.

KAL PEN (Dr Kutner) from TEN's House guest stars in this episode!
Det. Fin’s son Ken Randall, who is the resident advisor at the local college, discovers that one of the students has been raped. Ming Hao, the college student, who has been raped agrees, on the advice and support of Ken, to speak to Det. Fin.
Det. Fin manages to extract some information from Ming, before she panics and leaves.
Luckily, the two witnesses who called the police are able to give the Detectives a good description of the suspect.
The detectives decide to go to Ming's house in order to gather more evidence against her assailant but her parents object to her talking to the police.

Miles is infuriated when his supervised visit with his 12 year-old daughter, Tessa, is cut short. But could he have been angry enough to attack and rape Tessa’s mother, Valerie?
Benson and Stabler lead the investiagetion, but Benson thinks Stabler’s current divorce proceedings are clouding his judgement. Regardless, the detectives want to question Tessa about the attack, but Valerie refuses.
She even goes as far as withdrawing her rape allegation, so not to involve Tessa. What is she hiding?
Further investigation reveals that miles did force entry in to Valerie’s house, the day of the allegations, but his version of events differs to Valerie’s. The case escalates into a ‘he said/she said’ drama. How will Det. Stabler and Benson filter through the lies and decpetion to find out the truth?

Special guest star Brian Dennehy as Judson Tierney! Det. Stabler is with his family at church, where his twins are being confirmed. The Priest asks him a favour and Stabler agrees to hear the dying confession of a cancer patient named Judson Tierney (Brian Dennehy).
On his day off, Stabler goes to the hospital to visit Tierney who is on the verge of death. Tierney asks Stabler to bring his estranged daughter Sheila to him so he can tell them both at the same time. When Sheila is finally located, she reveals that she doesn’t want to see her fatherand shows the detectives hundreds of unopened cards with hundred-dollar bills inside and wants them to show her father that she never even opened them.
After DNA and fingerprints were taken from the envelopes, it's found that Tierney has a record – the money in the cards was very old and tracked to a string of bank robberies from the 1960’s.

But Steve himself has a few secrets of his own that compromise his integrity.
Meanwhile, ME Warner identifiesa rare form of poison as the cause of death. The team now just has to track down who gave the poison to Danielle. the cheating husband, jealous mistress or perhaps someone the team would never expected...

Detectives Stabler and Benson investigate the case of David, a 10 year old Jewish boy who has been beaten and sexually assaulted. All fingers point at the boy’s tutor, Jacob, who dropped him at school the morning David was attacked. However, when Jacob has a clear alibi, Stabler finds himself at a dead end. And to make matters worse, Stabler discovers that David has now been kidnapped. Could David be the victim of a racist attack or a pawn in a much bigger plot?
Dr. Huang makes some progression with a psychological analysis of David and the suspected identity of the perpetrator leaves the detectives surprised and perplexed – could a young child be the instigator of this brutal sexual assult?

Detectives Benson and Stabler are horrified when they are called to a crime scene and discover the injured shooter is none other than Detective Chester Lake. Lake invokes his right to not make a statement for 48 hours, despite Stabler encouraging him to. What is Lake hiding?
Lake's alleged crime perplexes the SVU squad, especially when they discover he has been disappearing once a month to Philadelphia recently.
Fin attempts to get to the bottom of his partner's actions but Lake shuts him out, leaving Fin disappointed and intrigued.
The case takes a desperate turn when Lake is discovered to have left the hospital unannounced and is therefore on the run from authorities. Fin's allegiance to Lake is questioned by Stabler, forcing the rest of the team to question whose side Stabler is actually on.

Robin Williams guest stars in the 200th episode of Law & Order: SVU as Merritt Rook, a man who plays dangerous mind games with innocent people in order to trick them in to committing criminal acts. Masquerading as a policeman, Rook telephones a restaurant manager (Scott Adsit) and forces him to bound, gag and strip search one of his female employees. Stabler and Benson investigate and discover that Rook isn't a policeman and has a sick habit of conducting these hoaxes all over the city. Although they manage to take Rook to trial, he ingeniously gets himself off and develops a large following by fellow supporters who admire his desire to make people aware that there are risks involved by leading unquestioning lives.

THIS WEEK IT’S DETECTIVE STABLER'S TURN TO TAKE CENTRE STAGE AS HE INVESTIGATES THE BRUTAL RAPE OF A YOUNG JEWISH BOY.
When David Zelinsky, a 10-year old Jewish boy, turns up at school visibly beaten and sexually assaulted, Detectives Benson and Stabler are quick to suspect his tutor, Jacob, who dropped him at school that morning.
But when Jacob's alibi checks out, Stabler finds himself at a dead end with no further leads, and to make matter's worse, he learns that David has been kidnapped.
CCTV footage shows David leaving the building with his father, Avi, and it looks like they are heading for Kehalit Moshe, a small Amish settlement, completely separated from modern society. Stabler and Munch race upstate and find David safe and sound with his local Rabbi. David says he asked the Rabbi to take him somewhere where he would be safe from the brutal attacks.

With detectives Stabler and Tutuola working an extradition case in Montreal, detectives Benson and Lake investigate a double homicide where the female appears to be the latest victim of a serial killer known as ‘the woodsman’.
Special Agent Cooper (special guest star Erika Christensen) from the behavioural unit of the FBI gives Benson and Lake a powerful insight into the man she’s been trying to catch for years.
A park ranger found the victims in a remote area of Central Park after he received an email tipping him off about a dead dog in the vicinity. Lake traces the origin of the email back to an Internet café and scours the surveillance tapes looking for any sign of ‘the woodsman’.
