9.30pm tuesday / JULY 29

Gibbs and his team investigate the kidnapping of Lt. Commander Tanner, an officer working as the Navy’s liaison with a defense contractor on a highly confidential project called “Honour”. His abduction from an amusement park is witnessed by Tanner’s six-year-old son, Zac. Gibbs and his team are alerted to Tanner’s disappearance by a phone call from Zac and commence an intense investigation in to his whereabouts.

Commander Tanner is the only person who has the access codes to “Honour” and he has them committed to memory, hence the reason for his abduction. As the investigation progresses, evidence points towards Tanner actually being implicated in his disappearance – could he have orchestrated his own abduction in order to use project “Honour” for his own purposes? Ziva and Director Shepard both believe that Tanner is involved but Gibbs is adamant he’s not – but how can he prove this when all the evidence to date points towards Tanner being guilty?
