8.30PM TUESDAY / JUNE 3

The team investigates the death of a young Muslim Marine, Abdul Bakr (guest star Shaun Toub), who appears to have been shot to death around the corner from the mosque where he and his father, Khalid Bakr, worshiped. However, things get more complicated when Abby reveals from a toxicology report that his death wasn't from the gun shot wound but rather poison from rare octopus venom.

Kahlid had allowed the FBI to bug his mosque when he realised that it was being used as a recruiting ground for Al Qaeda. His son Abdul was helping to spy for the government in an effort to squeeze out the recruiter but his efforts led to his death.

With links to Al Qaeda, the killer is not easy to find but when they do track him down, the team blow apart a much bigger covert operation.
