When Andrew discovers Diana Marshall's been bailed, he tells Paul the truth about why he's in hospital and pleads with him to talk and name the culprit. Will Andrew's words be what Paul needs?

Declan de- fends his mother and a fight breaks out. When tempers have cooled, Declan tells Andrew the full truth about Paul. Fearing he doesn't know his father at all, Andrew considers giving up his search for Paul's assailant.

When Lyn reveals to Summer that Sonya turned on Paul on the night he was pushed and that she doesn't have an alibi, Andrew calls on Declan's help, discovering Sonya has a criminal record...

Local and Chidren's Content Quotas may Extend to Digital Channels

Free-to-air networks could be able to include Australian content from their digital multichannels in local content quotas, if a Julia Gillard-led Labor government is re-elected.

There is expectation by producers and broadcasters in the television industry that the communications minister, Senator Stephen Conroy, could permit a concession “within months”.

If such an announcement were made, it would allow Australian drama, children’s or documentary content on digital multichannels to count towards content quotas, currently restricted to the primary channels.

Despite the unknown election result, there is a growing consensus on both sides of politics that broadcasters should have more concessions to promote the adoption of digital television before the analogue switch-off in 2013.

“There’s been a relentless lobby in Canberra,” one major producer confirmed.

What Eleven will Mean for Ten's Early Evening

With the news of Ten’s new channel Eleven launching in early 2011, comes confirmation of Ten’s plans to revamp their early evening schedule. Both Simpsons and Neighbours will move over to Eleven in 2011, with Neighbours remaining in its traditional 6.30pm timesloton Eleven.

On Ten, at 6pm, following the first at Five news hour, will be a half hour national new bulletin targeting viewers seeking a smarter, more informed, considered and insightful approach to the stories, issues, events and news makers of the day.

Following at 6.30pm weeknights and 6pm weekends, Ten will present a half hour locally presented and produced news service in all markets, focussing on the key issues in each state, whilst continuing to break news and further develop the leading national and international events of the day.

Ten’s successful first at Five News remains daily, while the 7PM Project will continue to be seen at 7pm weeknights.

From launch in early 2011, Network Ten’s new digital multi-channel ELEVEN will be the unrivalled destination for fun and bold programming with particular appeal to the ‘distinctly youthful’ market.

Neighbours will be the leading Australian series on ELEVEN, in prime time.

Network Ten chief programming officer David Mott said: “Neighbours is an important and cherished member of the Network Ten family.”

“We believe Neighbours is perfectly suited to ELEVEN’s audience strategy and will find a successful and enduring home on ELEVEN.
