Tonight's episode follows the ups and downs of a couple from Newhaven (UK) building their own house. Jules and Tim need to build their house quickly because Jules is pregnant and wants to give birth in the new house. They have a beautiful location on the cliffs near Newhaven overlooking the sea and have chosen a kit design for speed. But the construction does not progress to plan. Problems with the architect and materials arriving late delay construction and therefore Jules's plan for a home birth.
