Ella, a Paris Hilton look-a-like mega heiress is
abducted from a nightclub during an organised and
well executed shoot out,
Miraculously no one was hurt which certainly supports
the theory that the kidnappers certainly knew
what they were doing. Charlie decides to conduct
a 'Tabu' search, similar to a process of elimination.
By eliminating the places the kidnappers won't frequent, he can predict where they will turn up next.
Then, the cops find a video in the kidnappers abandoned van which depicts Ella being held at knifepoint, and a
man from the People's Nationalist Agenda demanding money from Ella's father, a wealthy businessman, who
they believe is exploiting his workers.
Ella's father has offered her bodyguards in the past, but she has always refused. When he receives a call from
the kidnappers, he offers to pay $10 million for her return.
Megan is furious to hear Ella is being treated as just another negotiable asset.
Then, when Don and David find the home of the kidnappers, they emerge from the house, holding Ella hostage.
When Don and David demand they drop their weapons, Ella opens fire on them.
Back at the station, Megan's own troubles with her father cloud her judgement as she believes Ella could be
identifying with her captors, when it's clearly obvious she's actually the mastermind in the plot.
The plot thickens when the cops receive a video with Ella holding her Father hostage.
Meanwhile, Liz needs closure from Don on where their relationship is headed.
