Hawaii Five-O

As expected, CSI: Cyber will fill the void of Shark Tank and premiere Sunday June 14th at 9pm.

It is a sad indictment when a major American series starring an Australian as the lead cannot even garner ratings at 10:30pm at night and is forced to be yanked from the schedule. Hawaii Five-O is out of the schedule effective immediately. On Wednesday June 3rd, the movie Jerry Maguire will air at 9:30pm.

Elementary is getting a new night. The show will still air Monday June 1st at 9:30pm, but the following week it will move to 9:30pm Wednesdays from June 10th. A repeat will continue to air at 10:30pm. On Monday June 8th at 9:30, Ten will air the movie Taken 2.

I bet you want to ask why Hawaii Five-O cannot remain at 10:30pm Wednesdays instead of an Elementary repeat? No major reason other than a repeat of Elementary out of a new episode is likely to do better.

I contacted Channel 10 to see if the Hawaii Five-O displacement was temporary or perhaps it may air on One. This post will be updated should Ten provide an answer.

Shark TankNetwork Ten will air two finales in the week commencing June 7th with Shark Tank ending a very successful run on Sunday at 9pm. NCIS: Los Angeles will conclude its sixth season at 9:30pm on Tuesday June 9th, which brings us up to date with America.
