New comedians and performers carry out a series of stunts and pranks on members of the public and celebrities to prove they have Balls of Steel. Each artist is invited into the studio by the host, Mark Dolan, to introduce their clip for the episode. At the end of the show the audience vote for the artist who they think should receive the Balls of Steel trophy.

In tonight’s show Alex Zane catches out another batch of game show contestants, Dawn Porter gives some more British men a run for their money, and Robin Huxtable, the Naked Man, takes a trip to the countryside. Toju, the Militant Black Guy, tackles butchers selling black pudding, Randy Cambell is shot out of a canon by his useless stunt co-ordinator, and Olivia Lee makes a splash with her Prank TV.
