All hell breaks loose as the escape takes full swing.

Not everything goes according to plan as Michael and the prisoners desperately head for freedom, and the exchange is compromised.

On tonight’s episode of PRISON BREAK, as Michael finalises plans for the tunnel escape, his fellow plotters begin to turn on him; and when Sofia is threatened, Whistler contemplates a betrayal.

With only hours to go before the prison break and discontent growing amongst the ranks, Michael works frantically against the clock to get the plan back on track. Outside, Linc is reluctant to go ahead but Michael convinces him that there is no other way.

Susan makes a last-ditch effort to get Whistler out of Sona right away – a plan which makes everybody else expendable.

Susan meets with General Pad Man, who tells her it's time to end this today – time for “bang and burn”. She asks him to reconsider; he refuses. She meets with Whistler at the visitation fence and tells him they have to move today; be ready by 5pm. Whistler thinks it's suicide. And Susan tells him to kill Michael.

Sammy is upset; the inmates keep uncovering Papo's body. He tells Lechero that the inmates don't fear them any more, and he's doubly infuriated that Michael seems to have impunity. Lechero tries to convince Sammy not to kill Michael.

Wednesday November 7 at 9.30pm (M) on Seven

Lechero accuses Whistler of murder.

Whistler is accused of murder just before the escape.

Mahone's offered a better deal.

Linc and Sofia must drug the guard.
