Seven Melbourne won week 22 with a 27.8 per cent share and Melbourne’s top three shows - SEVEN’S AFL: RND 17: HAWTHORN VS GEELONG, CITY HOMICIDE and BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS

SEVEN’S AFL: RND 17: HAWTHORN VS GEELONG drew a whopping 646,108 viewers in Melbourne alone to take the record as Melbourne’s biggest 'Home & Away' Friday night telecast since the beginning of 2001. The game peaked with 846,000 viewers.

CITY HOMICIDE (477,384) was Melbourne’s second most watched show overall. It kicked off Monday night at number one and maintained its dominance to take out one of the week’s most vied for spots. Nine’s The Farmer Wants a Wife (338,763) plummeted at 44th position.

BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS (469,082) defeated all competition to claim the week’s third largest audience. Nationally, the DIY show drew 1.53 million to top Friday night.

ALL SAINTS (425,867) was Tuesday’s Number One show.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY (434,356) and RSPCA ANIMAL RESCUE (418,195) were winners on Wednesday, with more viewers choosing to celebrate with Seven, over Nine’s This is Your Life: Bert’s 70th Birthday (398,184).

CRIMINAL MINDS (431,349) defeated all competition on Wednesday. It outsmarted Nine’s return series of McLeod’s Daughters (227,635) which ranked 90th for the week. CRIMINAL MINDS – MON (418,658) also triumphed.

BATTLE OF THE CHOIRS (405,998) hit the right note on Sunday to win a spot in the week’s Top Twenty.

Seven’s flagship hour of SEVEN NEWS and TODAY TONIGHT averaged 356,872 and 342,736 viewers, respectively.

Seven Melbourne won week 22 with a 27.8 per cent share, ahead of Nine’s 25.3 per cent, Ten’s 22.0 per cent, ABC’s 16.8 per cent and SBS with 8.0 per cent.
