This week on RSPCA ANIMAL RESCUE, an injured stray puppy living off scraps at a metal factory in Sydney is rescued by the RSPCA ambulance.
X-rays show his leg is so badly broken it will need to be amputated. But the dog’s lovely nature outweighs his shortcomings and he finds the best home possible.
Meanwhile, RSPCA inspectors in Melbourne find a deserted animal sanctuary complete with snakes, lizards, donkeys, dogs, pigs, a water buffalo and a wombat. But the mystery of the derelict property grows when a freezer full of dead snakes, kangaroos and crocodiles is found in one of the sheds. Inspectors return a week later to confront the owner of the unusual farm.
And in Brisbane, a resident finds a cat attacked by dogs. It’s hurt, covered in mud and has taken refuge under a car. Katrina Farmer arrives in the RSPCA ambulance to rescue the cat and return it to its devastated owners. A vet visit and a bath reveal a whole new cat.
The same day, another cat has been chased by dogs, this time to escape up a tree. But it can’t get down and once again it’s up to ambulance officer Katrina and her ambulance to rescue and reunite the kitty with its owners.
Presented and narrated by ANTHONY FIELD, RSPCA ANIMAL RESCUE follows Australia’s RSPCA inspectors as they rescue, protect and prevent cruelty to the animals of Australia.

Does anyone know what kind of dog teddy is from last night's episode? We have a dog that looks so similar, i'd love to find out!

hi i agree with bre i think that rspca animal rescue should be on tuesdays and because mcleods daughters is my favorit show i love watching it on wednesdays due to mcleods daughters not being on yet there are other shows on at that time but i would love to be able to watch the rspca on tuesdays and mcleods daughters thank you heaps i hope you can consider this.

i love animals and one day would love to help out looking after them with the rspca of animal shellter animals are beautiful things and are very good for company.

Hi,
This is a complaint to channel seven but they do not have an email address and i do not want to handwrite to them.
I am writing to complain how your show (RSPCA Animal Rescue) has had its times changed from 7:30 on Tuesdays to 7:30 on a Wednesday. I enjoy watching Mcleods Daughters on channel nine, on a Wednesday at 7:30 and enjoyed watching your show on tuesday. However i can't watch both now as they are on at the same time. Your show and mcleods daughters are the only shows i watch as i love animals and farming type of thing. Please do not take this offensive to you but if you have the chance could you complain to channel 7 as well.
