Channel Seven Melbourne had a convincing win in week 12 (May 11 to May 17) with an All People share of 27.3 per cent.
Seven's highest-rating program SEVEN'S AFL: ROUND 8: ST KILDA VS COLLINGWOOD (457,000) sent the competition to the bench on Friday night. Nine's Maid in Manhattan (184,000) and I'm A Celebrity…Get Me out of Here! (119,000) on Ten were short on survival skills.
On Monday night, Seven's powerhouse BORDER SECURITY – AUSTRALIA'S FRONT LINE (456,000) and SURF PATROL (422,000) dominated the 7.30pm to 8.30pm timeslot. Ten's How To Look Good Naked (394,000) was forced to look at itself while Nine's David Attenborough's - Life in Cold Blood (365,000) only managed to scurry into 33rd place.
AUSTRALIA'S GOT TALENT (431,000), the third audition show, saw weird, wacky and wonderful acts pulling out all stops for a spot in the semi finals. Nine's 20 to 1 (402,000) and Ten's Bondi Rescue (373,000) and The Simpsons (222,000) were short on entertainment.
The women of Wisteria Lane, DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES (430,000), left Nine's Sea Patrol II – The Coup (405,000) and Ten's Good News Week (318,000) to search for a lifeline.
GREY'S ANATOMY (429,000) carved up Nine's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (385,000) and Ten's Big Brother Eviction (322,000 from 8.30pm to 9pm) and Rove (274,000 from 9pm to 9.30pm).
The GLADIATORS (423,000) were ready for heat seven, knocking out the finale of Nine's Animal Emergency (377,000) and Big Brother (226,000) on Ten.
BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS (418,000) was the top choice for viewers at 7.30pm on Friday night with a convincing win over Ten's Big Brother Friday Night Live (298,000) and Commercial Breakdown (229,000) on Nine.
BROTHERS AND SISTERS (337,000) had all the answers on Sunday night with a strong lead over Nine's Without A Trace (301,000) and Rove (265,000) on Ten.
At 6.30pm, TODAY TONIGHT (352,000) beat Nine's A Current Affair (350,000).
Overall, Seven won the week with a 27.3 per cent share. Nine had 26.6 per cent, Ten 23.2 per cent, ABC 17.5 per cent and SBS 5.4 per cent.
