This week on Sunday Arts, the work of artist Vera Möller is featured, plus Fenella Kernebone speaks with cabaret performer Paul Capsis.

Paul Capsis
Paul Capsis is one of Australia's most talented and loved cabaret performers. Capsis has performed all over the world and recently returned to Australia after performing in New York. He has won a swag of Helpmann and Green Room Awards for his work and is currently starring in The Rocky Horror Show at Melbourne's Comedy Theatre until late January 2009. Capsis performs one of his own works for Sunday Arts and afterwards has a chat with Fenella Kernebone.

Vera Möller
Vera Möller is a trained scientist who creates paintings and sculptures that are part real and part imaginary. She has exhibited extensively in Australia, Germany, Paris, New York, Tokyo and Helsinki, and her work is part of many private and public collections. She is also a lecturer and is currently completing a PhD at Monash University. Her paintings and sculptures have been interpreted as a warning of what could happen to the natural world should the progress of global warming and genetic manipulation continue unchecked. Möller's current exhibition, Neomorphics (Neugemuse) is on at Melbourne's La Trobe University Art Museum & Collections until October 31.

Sunday Arts will be repeated on ABC2 – Sunday, October 19 at 7:30pm
