At 9.45pm author and broadcaster Nick Crane presents his fascinating series – Great British Journeys – investigating eight epic and challenging journeys, following in the footsteps of Britain’s greatest explorers through some of the most spectacular and wildest landscapes in the world.

Reality series Escape to the Sun at 10.45pm follows a year in the life of a group of British expats, including entrepreneurs, entertainers and retirees who arrive in the summer holiday haven of Benidorm, Spain ready to experience the intricacies of Spanish culture.
