The week before Easter non-ratings sees Nine sneak in a few repeats at time we have come to expect new episodes.
On Sunday March 25, the series final of The Great Barrier Reef plays at 6.30pm. That is followed by 60 Minutes at 7.30, a new episode of The Mentalist at 8.30, and new CSI: Miami at 9.30pm. A repeat follows at 10.30pm.
On Monday March 26, no new Big Bangs – with three repeats in a row from 7pm-8.30pm. Even the 8pm episode is a repeat. New Alcatraz remains at 8.30pm, followed by new Person or Interest.
Tuesday March 27 has the usual two Big Bang repeats from 7pm, then two repeat episodes of Two Broke Girls, and a repeat of Two and a Half Men at 9pm. This is why the MKR finale will rate through the roof – both Nine and Ten have repeat programming against it. New Top Gear follows at 9.30pm.
Wednesday March 28 is again three Big Bang repeats in a row, followed by a repeat of The Mentalist at 8.30pm. It sure is hard to keep up with where the new and repeat episodes of The Mentalist are now – hopefully after Easter it can settle into one definite night and stay there – we are enough episodes behind the US now to do a continuous run right through to the end of season 4. With AFL playing Thursday night this week, the AFL Footy Show airs at 9.30pm Wednesday March 28, while new Unforgettable follows at 9.30pm in non-AFL states.
On Thursday March 29, Earthflight is at 7.30, looking at Australia and Asia, while new CSI is at 8.30pm. NRL states have the Footy Show at 9.30pm, AFL states Unforgettable at 9.30pm.
Correct as at March 22* Subject to change.
* The original advanced guide, issued on Monday March 19 had 2 Broke Girls and Two and a Half Men on Tuesday as new episodes. Appears they were amended to repeats when Seven confirmed Tuesday as the finale of My Kitchen Rules.
