It will be a thrilling contest when the sixth-placed Swans host the seventh-placed  Saints at the SCG in the third last round of the home-and-away season.  In what is one of the most hotly contested finals races of recent years the Swans will be out to claim the four points and consolidate their top eight position and dent the prospects of September football for last year’s Grand Finalists.

It’s a genuine top four blockbuster between two of Melbourne’s biggest clubs. The Blues will need to break a run of seven losses against the Hawks if they’re to win. But Brett Ratten’s boys are a different prospect in 2011.

To celebrate the release of the final installment in the Harry Potter film saga, this special program counts down the 50 greatest Harry Potter moments.

Blitz St, SBS ONE, 8.30pm

Tony Robinson explores what it was like to live through the Blitz of World War II. A specially constructed row of terraced houses built on a remote military base is subjected to explosions similar to those inflicted by the Luftwaffe. The first episode looks at the most common bombs used in the Blitz in 1940, some of which contained up to 250kg of TNT. The program also features eyewitness testimonies, giving an insight into day-to-day life on the home front and the immense psychological damage caused by the bombardment.

Fans can expect a fierce contest when the seventh-placed Bombers host the eighth-placed Swans at Etihad Stadium with both teams clinging to their finals aspirations.  Essendon will be hoping the home ground advantage can guide them over the line and help consolidate a top eight finish.

The inaugural FOXTEL Cup will be decided on Saturday 6 August when the Claremont Tigers host the VFL powerhouse Williamstown at Patersons Stadium in Perth with FOX SPORTS the only place to watch LIVE action of the state-based competition grand final.
