Randy Jackson, the last original “American Idol” judge, announced Thursday that he’s voting himself off the hit singing competition program after the current season ends.

“Yo! Yo! Yo! To put all of the speculation to the rest, after 12 years of judging on ‘American Idol,’ I have decided to leave after this season,” Jackson said in a statement, released through his representative. Continue reading »

Kree Harrison is considered to be the American Idol 2013 frontrunner. Kree lost her dad to an airplane crash when she was only 12 years old, and her mother died in a car accident only four years later. She took to songwriting to express her emotions, and you’ll need some tissues handy to check out her song, “You Would’ve Wanted It That Way”.Singing and performing is certainly old hat to Kree, as she even went on The Rosie O’Donnell Show when she was eight to perform and returned three more times.
