011828-mel-b-and-natalieOK – it seems like this.

Australia’s Got Talent

Kyle Sandilands, Timomatic, Dawn French and Mel B are the supposed judges. Yet it was just announced that Channel 7 has a court injunction against Mel B leaving Seven’s X Factor for it’s rival Channel Nine (is there any other rival?) But during The Block they not only advertised her, but sent media a press release, confirming her signing. I love Dawn French – from the 70′s and 80′s and people who watch this show were not usually born then though! Timomatic – whatever, Mel B I would love to see clash with Kyle, but this side show alley concept with an abnormal judge line, just leaves me cold. Continue reading »

Still smarting after being side-swiped by the defection to Nine’s reboot of Australia’s Got Talent, Seven took the celebrity judge to the NSW Supreme Court, crying foul over the pop star’s poaching by Nine just weeks after she gave her notice.

In Seven’s successful claim today, it was alleged Scary Spice, aka Melanie Brown, was under a conditional contract preventing her from signing with any person or company other than Seven until January 31, 2014. Continue reading »
