Boston Legal

Watching the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith, I couldn’t believe who I found in the cast. No, I didn’t watch on Nine or GO! who play it every few months! The movie was released in 2005 yet 7 years later their are some big name TV people in it! Besides Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Vince Vaughn, you may be surprised at who else is in there!

Can any one guess without reading on???? Two are from Seven primetime and the other a cult classic that aired on Foxtel and SBS!

The fifth and final season of this Emmy Award-winning series. Led by an Emmy Award-winning cast, Boston Legal tells the professional and personal stories of a group of brilliant but often emotionally challenged attorneys. Stars James Spader, William Shatner and Candice Bergen.

7mate on some nights are catching up to GO in ratings, and more often than not, doing better than its brother 7TWO. In an attempt to hopefully help the channel rate even better, Seven have made some major changes to the programming of 7mate, mostly after 9.30pm, effective next week.

Here’s the summary:

Mondays, from Oct 25.

30 Rock at 9.30pm will now be double episodes.

Parks and Recreation moves from 10.00pm to 11.30pm.

Boston Legal remains at 10.30pm.

Crank Yankers is out.

Tuesdays, from Oct 26.

My Name is Earl at 9.30pm will now be double episodes.

Chapelle’s Show at 10.30pm becomes a double episode.

Always Sunny in Philadelphia at 11.00pm moves to 11.30pm.

Again – Crank Yankers is out.

Thursdays, from Oct 28.

At 10.30pm, encores of the Event continue. I can now confirm – that although 7mate is a HD channel, the Event is NOT actually in HD. Looks like Seven don’t get the HD version.

At 11.30pm, Damage Control – which is in HD – replaces Crank Yankers. This is an encore of the first episode that was juts seen on Seven.

Fridays

Crank Yankers remains at 11.30pm.

Sundays, from Oct 31.

Damage Control at 8.30pm means the Sunday movies now start at 9.00pm.
