The challenges keep coming on Selling Houses Australia. This week its a 100 year old cottage in Wollongong, NSW. We meet Rhonda who has owned the house since 1999. A couple of years ago a tall apartment building was built next door and eventually filled up taking away privacy more and more from both the front and back of the house. Last week’s episode was a house across the road from a cemetery which people were not too worried about but this week could you imagine litter frequently landing in your backyard from above? This episode is extra challenging as high rise apartments are on the increase in this area and are outperforming houses. Making the building next door disappear is not the only obstacle. How will they transform this to a modern private cottage house with added value ready to sell?

Selling Houses Australia airs on Wednesday nights at 8.30pm on The Lifestyle Channel.
