This series examines the ultimate fighters of this unique period, gigantic beasts that stalked the earth millions of years ago. Some of these dinosaurs were larger than seven-story buildings, and hunted their prey with strategy and cunning, transforming the prehistoric world into a battlefield. The temperature, terrain, and innate sense of the opponent’s weaknesses and strengths all played a role in how each dinosaur planned his attack.

T-rex and Triceratops are among the best-studied dinosaurs of all time. So how much more can we learn about them? Surprisingly, more than we ever thought. This intriguing documentary discovers that young dinosaurs may have changed so dramatically as they grew up, that scientists assumed they were different species. A juvenile T-rex looked so different from an adult that it would be hard to recognise. Even dinosaurs’ colours may have changed as they aged. If the findings are right, dinosaurs looked and behaved much differently than we ever believed.

This is where Throng used to maintain an up to date TV Guide for GO! After running the guide for two years, we decided to leave it be as there are enough internet TV guides out there that also provide an accurate TV Guide for GO! (and all the other channels), subject to amendments.

Here is the latest casting news fresh from the USA. From Gossip Girl to NCIS.

NCIS: Party of Five Alumni Scott Wolf is set to star in the season 9 premiere of NCIS. As the potentially recurring character of FBI Agent Casey Stratton, Wolf “will play an important role in this year’s season opener,” executive producer Gary Glasberg tells us. “Who he is and how he influences the NCIS team will come in due time, but I can promise you some unexpected surprises.” Apparently the first 5 minutes can not be missed.

Gossip Girl: It looks like the Van der Woodsen clan will be down one member on Gossip Girl this fall. Connor Paolo’s time as Serena’s kid brother Eric has come to an end. After trying to recall how Eric’s story concluded last season — “I went to college, right?” — Paolo admits he was fine with the non-showy goodbye. “I don’t think they knew I was leaving,” he explains.

White Collar: Beau Bridges has been tapped to guest star on the midseason finale of USA’s White Collar. The actor, whose recent TV credits include episodes of Brothers and Sisters, will play Agent Kramer, Peter’s (Tim DeKay) former mentor from the D.C. Art Crimes division. In the episode — titled “Countdown”, Peter and Neal (Matt Bomer) are tapped by the FBI to investigate a painting on a treasure manifest. Anna Chlumsky (My Girl), Ross McCall and Jamie Harris also guest star in the episode.

Law & Order: L&O original actor Linus Roache is set to reprise his role as Michael Cutter, the cutthroat attorney in the 13th season premiere of the legal drama. Cutter is now Bureau Chief of the DA’s office, a position that just so happens to oversee Special Victims Unit cases.
