No Ordinary Schedule Change.
From next week, Seven will play two episodes per week of No Ordinary Family. Episode 9 airs on Seven on Monday June 27 at 7.30pm, but the next episode – episode 10 – will air on Seven on Thursday June 30, at 7.30pm, instead of a double How I Met Your Mother repeat.

Same deal the following week, with episode 11 on Monday July 4 and 12 on Thursday July 7.

No Pawn for 7mate
Plans to air new series Hardcore Pawn on 7mate on Wednesday nights at 10.30pm have been shelved. Instead, aat 10.30pm Wednesdays from June 29, will be Ax Men, returning with new episodes.

Double The Office on ELEVEN
From next Tuesday, June 28, The Office will play in double episodes, with the second episode at 9pm replacing Frasier repeats.

The Glee Project hits ELEVEN
Taking over So You Think You Can Dance’s 7.30pm Friday night timeslot is the Glee Project from July 15. The Glee Project is a series that sets out to find the next stars of hit series Glee. It recently premiered in the US.

More Law & Order for Ten
While Seven are promoting Law & Order: LA coming soon, Ten are set to air new episodes of Law & Order: Criminal Intent from the week commencing July 3. We can’t tell you the timeslot until Sunday due to Ten’s prime time embargo policy but it is coming…!

No Entourage appearance for Sheen

Entourage creator Doug Ellin has confirmed that Charlie Sheen will not be making a guest appearance on the series despite their interest in having him. Ellin says they have run out of time to organise a role for the actor.

Lopez unsure over Idol future

American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has refused to confirm whether or not she will be back for another season next year. The singer signed only a one-year deal for the show.

Two added to Sons cast

Sons of Anarchy has added two more cast members to its fourth season line-up with Niko Nicotera and LaMonica Garrett joining the cast. Between them, the pair have appeared in the likes of Rome, One Tree Hill, CSI: Miami and Parenthood.

Van Der Beek guest stars on Law & Order: CI

Former Dawson’s Creek actor James Van Der Beek has signed up for a role on Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Van Der Beek will play an arrogant playboy who is the co-owner of a social networking site.

UK’s Georidie Shore proves popular

The British version of Jersey Shore, entitled Geordie Shore, has proved a massive hit for MTV in the UK despite backlash from locals that it portrays the Newcastle area in an unfavourable light.

Bones renewed for seventh season

Bones actor David Boreanaz has confirmed that a seventh season of the crime series has been ordered. Boreanaz, who plays Seeley on the show, confirmed the news via Twitter: “Oh, Season 7 is GO for Bones.”

Spartacus recast Naevia role

Spartacus execs have recast the part of Naevia after actress Lesley-Ann Brandt decided to leave the series in February. Cynthia Addai-Robinson will take on the role for the second season of the series that hits screens next year.

Tyler to debut video on Idol

American Idol judge Steven Tyler will debut the video for his first ever solo single on an episode of the show next week. The song is believed to feature former Pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzinger.

Nixon to guest on Law & Order: CI

Sex and the City actress Cynthia Nixon has signed on for a guest role in Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Nixon is best known for her role as Miranda in Sex and the City but has appeared recently on The Big C.

ABC deny Brothers and Sisters axe rumours

ABC in the US has denied rumours that Brothers and Sisters has been cancelled, instead saying that no decision has been made yet regarding the show’s future. Actress Rachel Griffiths fuelled speculation over the weekend by joking at the Logies: “I’m soon to be unemployed, so I checked in with [benefits centre] Centrelink… and said, ‘Looks like I’m out of a job and wanna sign up’.”

Lopez, Tyler confirmed for Idol

Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler have both been confirmed as the new judges on American Idol after a special announcement overnight. The pop singer and Aerosmith frontman were formally introduced as the new additions to the show, joining original judge Randy Jackson.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent renewed for final season

A final season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent has been ordered by the USA Network, with original lead Vincent D’Onofrio returning for the last couple of episodes. Next year’s season will be the tenth and final for the spin-off.

Katy Perry joins Sesame Street

Sesame Street has enlisted the help of pop star Katy Perry in order to teach kids opposites. The singer reworked her song ‘Hot & Cold’ for the show which is celebrating its 41st season.

The Hoff fails at dancing

David Hasselhoff has proven he’s not quite as smooth on the dance floor as some would have thought, after he got the boot from the latest season of Dancing with the Stars in the US. The Hoff was voted off the show in the first week while former Dirty Dancing actress Jennifer Grey topped the leader-board.

When a man is arrested for killing his younger brother, the case leads back to the murder of their schizophrenic mother twenty years in the past. Separated after her death and placed into separate foster homes, Detectives Goren and Eames must sift through a lifetime of assumed identities and mental illness to get to the bottom of this one.

9.30pm Wednesday, September 1 on Ten

In their careers, Detectives Nichols and Stevens have been faced with many heinous crimes, but few as gruesome as the murder of Hildy Glazer, a successful real estate agent. Hildy was kidnapped, bled out and left in the basement of an empty building. The odd assortment of clues point in several different directions; her recent visit to an abrasive doctor; a painter’s truck spotted at the scene of the abduction; and images painted in blood on the basement wall, which forensics claim to be the work of a child. Nichols develops a theory of how these three seemingly unrelated people are connected, but to prove it he’s forced to consult with the most unlikely expert: Doctor Theodore Nichols, his father.

Palmer Abrigaille was a collector of rare books, an obsession which he clung to at the expense of all else. His estate had fallen into decline when a grifter named Dylan Weld started to blackmail him over some ill-gotten books. When the money wasn’t enough, Dylan set his eyes on Lenore, Palmer’s daughter, a troubled young woman. This pushed Palmer to the breaking point. One morning, Nichols and Stevens are called to the Abrigaille estate, where they find the bodies of Palmer and Dylan, apparent victims of an old fashioned duel. Nichols, who was once close to both Palmer and Lenore, believes the victims were killed by a third party and that the culprit is still in the house.

9.30pm Wednesday, August 11 on Ten

Several years ago, two doctors strug- gled to realise their dream of owning a hospital. In order to secure financing, they were forced to turn to a friend – an entrepreneur and the son of a renowned mob boss. In his own desire to become an honest businessman, their friend convinced a group of retired mobsters to invest in the endeavor. The plan worked beautifully, until a mid-level government official with the Department of Health and Human Re- sources came to pay a visit. As it turns out, the doctors had been overcharging their patients for routine procedures. After a period of blackmailing, the gov- ernment official dies in an ‘accident’ that Detectives Nichols and Stevens believe to be murder.

MTV is launching a show based around Heidi Montag’s drastic change of appearance due to plastic surgery and the way media can influence the way we perceive beauty. The network plans to educate viewers into not making the same mistakes as The Hills cast member did.

Jeff Goldblum quitting Law & Order: CI?

Variety is reporting that actor Jeff Goldblum has quit Law & Order: Criminal Intent due to the uncertainty surrounding the future of the series. The show recently finished its ninth season run and has not yet been commissioned for a tenth.

Oscar-winner writes TV comedy script

Oscar-winning Juno screenwriter Diablo Cody has sold a new comedy pilot to American network Fox. Cody, who stormed onto the scene with her debut Juno script, has written the pilot for the project entitled The Breadwinner.

TV’s Hulk joins Chuck

Former TV Hulk Lou Ferrigno has signed on for a role on the upcoming season of Chuck. Ferrigno will play a bodyguard for an evil spy on the series.
