Jett apologises to VJ for all the things he did before he left and asks to hang out. VJ is still upset with Liam and gives him attitude. Brax informs Casey of the surf carnival and he agrees to enter. Jett thinks its amazing that VJ is living with the Liam Murphy, he explains that his mum used to listen to Liam’s CD and that it was her fave. Liam is appreciative but then annoyed when Jett continues to ask questions but is relieved when Natalie comes out of her room and escapes with her. Harvey is with Lottie who is surprised at why Harvey chose to end his engagement and Lottie realises that she got her brains from Mel. Lottie tells Harvey he has to talk to her. Harvey rings Roo from Lottie’s phone and Roo tells him that she didn’t choose Tim.

Alf tells Harvey that this mess has gone on long enough and he should do something to sort it out as Alf makes Lottie’s faveourite dinner to cheer her up but she wants to go to bed so Alf says he’ll bring some up to her. Harvey tells Mel that he wants her to live in Summer Bay so that they could share the parenting and they would be saving Lotie alot of heartache. Mel doesn’t want to think about it and she still thinks that Harvey will lose.
The police arrive at Brax’s boat and he jokingly asks if they have a warrant. The cops search the boat and find nothing as Brax invents a story as to why he was out that far – that he was picking up some guys for a bucks night. The cop says that he only has 4 life jackets as Brax mentions he is picking up 7 guys but Brax tells them the boys will bring their own and the cops believed him.
Harvey is almost done with his community service (that was quick!) and Lottie wants to buy a cake to celebrate. Roo tells Lottie that things will be fine between her parents. Mel arrives unexpectedly at SBH and is wanting Lottie.
Danny Braxton arrives at the diner and Marilyn confesses that she might have done something inappropriate. Marilyn tells Danny that she went in his van and he was fine with it. Heath tells Danny that he opened his letters and that he didn’t know he had written. Heath tells Danny that if he had known he would have come and visited him. Brax explains to Casey that at the time it was the right thing to do to send the letters back but Casey tells Brax that he doesn’t know the right thing anymore and he is basing something on 12 years ago.
Harvey wishes that Lottie would let everything out and hates when she bottles things up. Roo tells Harvey that he was right to let Lottie make up her own mind. Sasha is upset that her best friend might be leaving town. Lottie gets mad that Sasha is even asking why its complicated.
Irene tells Dex that he needs to talk it out with April. Dex & April have an awkward moment at the hospital as neither of them will yet apologise to each other. Later on Dex & April fiddle with their phones each wanting to contact the other but don’t. April has her exam.
April & Dex walk into Bianca’s room just as Bianca & Heath are still kissing (yuck). Lottie & Sasha are having a slumber party as Dex & April arrive to study but April decides to leave. Lottie is angry with Sasha because she had to watch two movies by herself while Sasha was facestalkering Casey. Sasha will make it up to Lottie by having another sleepover and letting her choose a movie.
Alf & Roo discuss Lottie & Harvey, Alf says that Lottie is settled with us and admits that it would be hard to see Lottie go. Roo thinks that it should come from Lottie about which parent she wants to stay with.
Ruby continued with her lie about her losing the baby. Romeo wished he was there for her but she said it was fine because he was working. Romeo tells Alf & Roo that Ruby lost the baby. Romeo is upset that he wasn’t there when she needed him most. Alf tells Romeo to try and talk to Ruby because Miles & Leah didn’t talk and that’s what tore them apart.
Xavier tells John he might get kicked out of the academy because him looking at the computer is illegal. John thinks that Harvey got off far to easy. John made the situation worse by talking to Xavier’s boss. Xavier’s boss eventually decided not to report Xavier because he is a bright kid with a bright future but if he stuffs up one more time he will be out and he needs to separate his job from his personal life. This is why Xavier is moving to Goulburn (where the academy is).
Indi tells Sid her troubles – she’s broke, her husband’s having a baby with another woman and she’s sure she will fail her exams. She tells Sid she will turn her life around. Irene tells Indi more bad news… that she is cutting her shifts and everyone else’s. Indi is at the dining washing the cutlery and talking to Marilyn when she drops everything and then realises she has lost her wedding ring. Indi breaks down in Sid’s arms.
Lottie is doing her geography assignment in the diner with Roo helping her. Alf walks in and suggests she should go out on the water but Roo pulls him aside and tells him about her brother.
Danny asks Brax for a place to stay and he immediately refused then Brax also told him to stay away from his mum. He then offered him one night then his out. Danny arrives to the Braxtons and meets Darcy but Brax immediately tells Heath to take her home. Brax tells Heath that he is going to handle their father from now on.
