Like South Indian Vegetable Curry – made from the wilting contents of a Monday morning fridge raid, decadent Chocolate Chip Bread pudding, aka: stale bread reincarnated.

Beer Braised Pork Knuckles with Caraway, Garlic, Apples and Potatoes – totally divine and cheap to boot. And who would have thought plain old eggs and bacon could be transformed into a sumptuous salad or the store cupboard could hold the key to a crowd pleasing Pantry Paella?
