This is season one of the Discovery Channel series that follows a 17 member production crew, 11 climbers, three guides, and a team of Sherpas up the formidable mountain. Double amputee, New Zealander Mark Inglis’ attempt to reach the summit is truly inspirational. Filmed with high altitude equipment and helmet mounted cameras worn by the Sherpas, the footage is spectacular, as is the series.

Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) heads home to Connecticut after last week’s heartbreak. Sam (Taye Diggs) and the gang decide to join her and re-encounter Addy’s brother Archer (Grant Show) who jumps in bed with one of the ladies. Back at Oceanside Wellness, Violet (Amy Brenneman) and Sheldon (Brian Benben) are in conflict over their patients, who are married, with one on death row.

Between The Lines, 8.30pm NINE
Hailed as a fun new series for Nine, Between the Lines is a panel based show fronted by Eddie McGuire and promises to deliver laughs through sports based comedy. The show will feature two teams of three players going head to head with Mick Molloy and Ryan Fitzgerald taking on the roles of team captains. Guest team members on the first episode include Lauren Burns who was Australia’s first Gold medallist in taekwondo at the 2000 Olympics; James Tomkins, who has won rowing gold medals for Australia; Jesse Martin, who at the age of 18 was then the youngest person to sail solo around the world; Dermot Brereton who kicked 464 goals for Hawthorn during his celebrated career. Also appearing on the show is Ed Kavalee and Peter Berner.
Man Made Marvels: The Sydney Opera House, 8.30 7mate
Tonight’s episode is about, probably, the most famous performing arts building in the world. This is the story of how the Jorn Utzon designed masterpiece, was created and constructed. Starting in 1959 and then finally opening in1973, it’s a piece showcasing our iconic structure that is recognised worldwide and its wonderful history.

Due to an administrative error two male college students, the shy and intellectual Eddy (The Good Wife’s – Josh Charles) and the All-American jock Stuart (Stephen Baldwin), end up with a female roommate. The university thought that Alex (Lara Flynn Boyle from Twin Peaks) was a man (based on her name) and thus the three students are forced to live with each other until the university can move Alex to a female residence hall. Alex falls in love and tries unsuccessfully to seduce Eddy; Stuart is in love with Alex, and Eddy falls in love with Stuart. The trio become good friends and scare off anyone who tries to seduce the other. Eventually, Alex, Stuart and Eddy agree to have an actual threesome and then the drama begins.
