Suits

11:45pm – Monday, November 5 on Seven

This week on SUITS, Harvey needs Mike’s help as the battle for control of Pearson Hardman reaches its climax. But Mike drops off the grid following a dramatic turn in his personal life.

After weeks of waiting, the votes are cast and the moment of truth is finally at hand: Daniel Hardman is once again managing partner of Pearson Hardman. While Jessica does her best to accept the turn of events gracefully, Harvey has no intention of surrendering to the new order without a fight. But his legs are cut out from under him by Hardman’s machinations and with Louis eager to wield his newfound power. This may be a battle Harvey can’t win.

At the same time, Mike deals with Grammy’ death by burying himself in work, but the truth is, he’s teetering on the edge. After an emotional outburst leads Harvey to send him home, Mike backslides hard into an old vice, leaving Rachel to pick up the pieces and get him to Grammy’s funeral. Thankfully, the appearance of his childhood girlfriend Tess seems to give Mike the strength to make it through. However, Tess’s return soon threatens to wreak havoc on Mike’s already complicated relationship with Rachel.

Meanwhile, with both Harvey and Mike staggering from the hits they’ve taken, mentor and mentee find a new common ground that solidifies their bond – and leads to a bold plan to take Hardman down for good. But Louis is laser-focused on bringing an end to the Harvey Specter-era at Pearson Hardman, and with Harvey and Mike so off balance, their audacity may lead to their ultimate undoing.

11:15pm – Monday, October 29 on Seven

This week on SUITS, Harvey’s tasked with closing the one person whose vote will decide Pearson Hardman’s future.

It’s bonus time at Pearson Hardman, and the employees are all getting what they want. For Mike, it’s a big fat check. For Harvey, it’s bringing Donna back to the office. And for Louis, it’s what he’s been after for so very long: Senior Partnership. But this promotion has come courtesy of Daniel Hardman, and with the battle for control of the firm coming to a head, Jessica and Harvey worry that their adversary has just bought himself the winning vote.

At the same time, Harvey and Mike deal with the case of a sports talk show host whose big mouth is getting him sued by a baseball slugger dogged by steroid rumors. Mike also uses his bonus check to go apartment hunting for Grammy, but his grand gesture may not be enough to erase the regret of spending so much time away from her.

Meanwhile, Jessica sends Harvey to court Louis’s allegiance. But after so many years of being denied by both Harvey and Jessica, it may be too little, way too late.

11:45pm – Monday, October 22 on Seven

This week on SUITS, with the continuing upheaval at the firm, Mike and Harvey reflect back on how their past decisions have influenced their present situation.

With the vote for managing partner fast approaching, Harvey asks Mike to step up in order to turn the tide in Jessica’s favor without her knowing it. Mike is only too eager to do a little bit of skullduggery for his mentor, so while Harvey takes a very personal day, Mike tries to get in touch with a former Pearson Hardman employee with ties to a dark piece of firm history…

Flashback to five years earlier, before Mike ever stumbled into the associate interviews. While Harvey is still planning his rise through the ranks at Pearson Hardman, Mike spends his days as a bike messenger and his nights trying to pick up girls with Trevor. But an intriguing proposal and some bad luck will soon change his path.

At the same time, Harvey sees his “in” when Jessica asks him to quietly investigate the disappearance of some money from the firm’s escrow accounts. His search eventually leads to the very top of the Pearson Hardman food chain, and while Harvey has no problem crossing a few lines to get ahead, he doesn’t see that the quest for a bigger office may have a price.

11:30pm – Monday, October 15 on Seven

This week on SUITS, as the fallout continues to reverberate from the pending lawsuit against Pearson Hardman, Harvey turns to a former colleague, with whom he has a thorny past, for help in proving the firm’s case.

When a heated deposition ends with Harvey punching Travis Tanner in the face, Daniel Hardman suggests holding a trial run to prepare Jessica for the task of defending Harvey when it comes time for the real thing. Realizing they’ll need an opponent willing to get nasty, they turn to the one person who may hate Harvey more than Tanner: Louis.

While Mike preps Louis to strengthen his attack, Harvey turns to a former colleague to help bolster Jessica’s defense. What both sides know is that they’ll need Donna, but as she makes it clear to Harvey, she’s done trying to protect him. From now on, she’s only worried about herself.

Meanwhile, as the trial run begins and the pressure rises, it quickly becomes clear that there will be no holding back. But when Donna returns and some surprising truths begin to surface, the weight of personal motivations soon threatens to derail everything. And with Harvey and Jessica so focused on preparing to beat Tanner, they may not see that they’ve left themselves open to an attack of another kind.

11:30pm – Monday, October 8 on Seven

This week on SUITS, Harvey’s personal history with a client forces he and Mike to take on an unorthodox case from which they’d normally walk away. Also, Louis and Rachel team up to save a mutually beloved institution from ruin.

A trip to Atlantic City goes full tilt when a client with drinking and gambling problems manages to lose his energy company on a hand of poker. Harvey tries to nip the situation in the bud with a generous settlement, but when it becomes clear that the “new owner” of the company plans to go through with his take-over, Harvey and Mike ready for battle.

At the same time, a shared love of dance blossoms into a working partnership when Louis and Rachel take on a ballet master’s case. Elsewhere in the office, Jessica looks into why an important motion in the Travis Tanner fraud case has been denied, only to learn that the judge is an old classmate with a score to settle.

Meanwhile, Harvey and Mike try to get their energy company problem dismissed by leaning on their client’s history of alcohol abuse, but when the opposing council twists their words to his advantage, it starts to seem like the chips are stacked against them. However, with so much going wrong lately, Harvey will risk everything to make sure he doesn’t come out a loser again, leaving Mike to worry that his mentor may be the one who has lost control.

11:00pm – Monday, October 1 on Seven

This week on SUITS, Harvey balks when Jessica puts him in the passenger seat on a lawsuit that could make or break the firm, and his backseat driving may have far-reaching consequences.

Hoping to get in front of Travis Tanner’s fraud lawsuit, Daniel brings in razor-sharp outside attorney Allison Holt to take on the case. Of course, Harvey being Harvey, he tries to get the suit dropped on his own, only realizing too late that his manoeuvring has left the firm in a weaker position.

Having discovered the memo, Donna agonizes over how best to protect both herself and Harvey. But Mike soon infers what is going on and though he feels for Donna, he makes it clear that if she doesn’t tell Harvey, he will.

At the same time, Harvey and Mike take on the case of a young tennis phenom hoping to be emancipated from his protective father in order to make the jump to the pro tour. Perhaps seeing something of himself in the young man’s struggle to be given his shot at greatness, Mike angles to take the case on himself. However, the young associate’s rush to prove his worth may blind him to an important truth in the matter.

Meanwhile, Harvey’s failed attempt at damage control has drawn the ire of both Allison and Daniel, and put the members of Pearson Hardman on the defensive. The question is, how far will each of them be willing to go to keep their own head off the chopping block?

11:00pm – Monday, September 17 on Seven

This week on SUITS, Louis and Mike finally see eye to eye, but Louis’ paranoia may damage his budding friendship with Mike as well as his standing at the firm.

Meanwhile, Travis Tanner rolls back into town, gunning for Harvey.

10:30pm – Monday, September 3 on Seven

This week on SUITS, as Hardman makes it clear he’s back to stay, Jessica tasks Harvey with helping shore up support for her within the firm – but Harvey’s penchant for winning may create more enemies than friends.

Daniel Hardman is back, and he’s waging a war for the hearts and minds of the Pearson Hardman employees. Hoping to shore up support amongst the voting partners, Jessica sends Harvey to court Paul Porter, the head of the bankruptcy department. Paul isn’t pleased with Jessica’s treatment of him over the last few years, but if Harvey can help convince an architect client that it’s time to pull the plug on his half-built passion project and file for bankruptcy, Paul will consider throwing his weight behind the current managing partner.

At the same time, Mike, newly single and flying high from Rachel’s voice-mail, puts all his effort into rekindling his romance with the alluring paralegal. But as his guilt begins to weigh on him, Mike considers coming clean to Rachel, even if it means risking not only his own position, but Harvey and Jessica’s as well.

Meanwhile, convincing Paul Porter’s client to listen to reason proves harder than Harvey first thought. Switching gears, Harvey and Mike soon hatch an audacious plan that will allow the architect to forego bankruptcy and continue to build. However, Paul isn’t happy with having his case hijacked, which means that Harvey may have to make a choice between the big win and the bigger picture…
