This week on THE AMAZING RACE AUSTRALIA, all teams are excited to learn they’re heading to Paris – and straight into a culinary adventure.

But sparks fly when Joseph and Grace steal Sarah and James’ taxi. And the ramifications will be felt thousands of kilometres away.

Meanwhile, a short drive could prove to be the undoing of more than one team.

If it wasn’t for The Voice, The Amazing Race Australia would have been at 7.30 Mondays from episode one. The show now enjoys it’s 4th timeslot since starting. The show itself is at risk of elimination if it does not perfoem. Will you be watching on Monday night, or will The Block and Masterchef which both finish at 8pm – half way through the race hold the viewers?

This week on THE AMAZING RACE AUSTRALIA, teams race through the stunning deserts of Dubai and simply getting from A to B may prove to be the biggest challenge of all.

Breakdowns, bogging and belligerent camels will push some to the limit. One team gets arrested. Will they even make it to the pit stop?

Adam and Dane (QLD and NSW)

These fun-loving cousins grew up together in Tweed Heads and are determined to make their mark as the first indigenous team in the race.

“I think our indigenous background will definitely help us on the race. You know, the tracking side of things,” says Adam, tongue firmly planted in cheek.

“Yep, we never get lost,” adds Dane with his distinctive laugh.

Sue and Teresa (WA)

These hippy hairdressers from Geraldton, Western Australia, think they may become the Earth mothers of the race.

“Our mothering instincts will come out a bit, especially with the younger crew. I have a soft spot for young people something terrible and I can’t help but try and look after the kids,” says mum-of-three Sue.

Working in a customer-focused industry, these excitable hairdressers believe they have excellent people skills which will hopefully bode well for them on the race.
