The Big Bang Theory gang is about to encounter a bully. Lance Barber has nabbed a guest spot on an upcoming episode of the comedy. Barber will play a former bully who taunted and teased Leonard (Johnny Galecki) back in high school. The Big Bang Theory airs on Channel Nine.

The Secret Circle is adding two new men to their coven. Michael Graziadei — who is best known as Daniel Romalotti on The Young and the Restless — will play a charming bad boy whose behavior alarms ex Home and Away actress Phoebe Tonkin’s character Faye, while Sammi Rotibi (Lord of War) has landed a mysterious role as the leader of a dangerous group. Both parts have the potential to recur. The Secret Circle airs on Fox 8 and The Young and The Restless airs on W.

Meryl Streep’s daughter Grace Gummer will appear in multiple episodes of the new coming tv musical Smash, portraying the offspring of Angelica Huston and Michael Cristofer’s respective characters. Smash will air on Foxtel.

The X Factor, Seven, 7.30pm
The show is down one contestant after the last elimination, but who will shine in this live show? From five to four, this is make-or-break time for the contestants.

With no new episode of Big Bnag scheduled for next week, this WILL be the last chance to see a new episode on Nine until mid February 2012 when ratings resume. Amy’s heart is broken when Penny and Bernadette shop for wedding dresses and don’t invite her.

CSI moves to Sunday nights, taking Underbelly’s timeslot – not sure if a timeslot move is a good idea in the second last week of ratings – while Frozen Planet continues two nights a week, the second episode remaining on Wednesday night at 8.30pm.
