After spending five weeks with The Commando and tonnes of red dust, The Castaweights Phil and Joe returnfrom Alice Springs. It’s an emotional reunion at Camp Biggest Loser as the remaining contestants welcomethem back with open arms. It’s been a hard slog for Phil and Joe and it doesn’t stop now. They must immediatelyweigh in against each other as only one of them will be allowed to stay in the house. It’s a bittersweet result.They have become lifelong friends and it’s a devastating blow for one of them. Who will it be?

Tonight Shannan and Michelle provide more hot tips on how to stay in shape at home. Resident heathly chefJanella Purcell whips up a tasty culinary feast that’s also good for the waistline, and Dr Norman Swan takes aclass on the biology of leading a healthy life.

7.30pm WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14 on Ten

After months of blood, sweat and tears, tonight the final four contestants get revenge on their trainers Shannanand Michelle. It’s payback time as they swap roles and the contestants train the trainers. Surely they can makeMichelle puke! Well they’ll certainly try.Following the kick-butt training session, the contestants return to the house where they are presented with thedream outfits they selected before entering the house. They had only dreamed of wearing these outfits and nowthe time has come. It’s tears aplenty tonight as the contestants realise their dreams are now a reality.

7.30pm TUESDAY, APRIL 13 on Ten

With the finale so close, the remaining four contestants head off to thepicturesque Blue Mountains in NSW for a heart stopping challenge. Butthis is no ordinary challenge – it will put their desire and determination towin to the ultimate test, with a sudden surprise involving the money bracelets, it’s sure to turn the game on itshead.

7.30pm MONDAY, APRIL 12 on Ten

Tonight the claws come out as another contestant goes home. Who will itbe? Will the newly reformed ‘The Firm’ stay strong and regain control ofthe game?

6.30pm SUNDAY, APRIL 11 on Ten

After an outstanding result in the marathon the two winners are immediatelyput to the test during last chance training. Shannan and Michelledon’t pull any punches as they crack the whip on the final five contestants.The weigh-in follows and more weight is dropped. Will the original threecontestants lose enough to stay above the yellow line, or will the returningcontestants stake their claim for the title?

7.30pm FRIDAY, APRIL 9 on Ten

The contestants are treated to two training seasons – lucky them! The team at Honda take themunder their wing for a kick butt work out, then Biggest Loser host Hayley Lewis joins them in thepool for a swim class with a difference.

7.30pm WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7 AND THURSDAY, APRIL 8 on Ten

After months and months of hard work, it all comes down to this – the 42 km marathon! Who willtake the title? Will it be Wayne with his sted fast determination? Has Romy been training hardenough from her elimination in week one to stand a chance? Can Elise find the strength within tobring home the prize? It’s anyone’s game. 42 km is a long, hard slog and anything cam happen.Who will it be?

7.30pm TUESDAY, APRIL 6 on Ten

Tonight the game heats up as all the eliminated contestants return! They have all been traininghard at home for their chance to re-enter the game via the marathon, and the claws come outas the contestants size each other up. For those remaining it’s particularly unnerving, they havefought so hard to stay in the competition and although they always knew this was coming, forsome it’s a bitter pill to swallow. A training session follows, with Shannan and Michelle givingthem all a workout that really tests their resolve.

7.30pm MONDAY, APRIL 5 on Ten

All eliminations are emotional, but tonight’sis particularly so. They have all shed a lot of blood sweat and tears to make it to this pointand with the finale so close, it’s devastating for the contestant who is sent home. But all is not lostfor them, they have to opportunity to return if they win the 42km marathon. Can they do it?

6.30pm SUNDAY, APRIL 4 on Ten

With only four contestants left in thehouse, it’s vital the contestants pull a bigweight loss result if they intend to stayin the house. And some of them do! Onecontestant drops 8kgs! This is a huge resultthis far into the competition, but luckis not on everyone’s side. Who fails todeliver? And will it spell the end of theirtime at Camp Biggest Loser?
